David Hilliard, CPA Partner David is the Firm's Managing Partner. David received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Augusta College.    David has a diverse background in audit and taxation as well as small business consulting.  David devotes much of his time to strategic planning, tax consultation and preparation and financial analysis.  He has assisted small business in wealth management, succession planning and finance package preparation for 20+ years.  In addition, David has a diverse background in consulting for governmental and non-profit clients including control development, evaluation and other procedures.   David is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, Inc. – Member; American Institute of Certified Public Accountants – Member   Chris Milton, CPA, CIA, CGAP Partner Chris is the Firm's Quality Control/Audit and Accounting Partner. Chris received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia.  In addition to being a CPA, Chris is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Government Auditing Professional issued by the Institute of Internal Auditors.   Chris has a diverse background in governmental and not-for-profit auditing and audits of financial institutions for the past 14 years and has been an engagement manager on audits of counties and municipalities, public health departments and financial institutions for the past 10+ years.  In addition, Chris has a diverse background in consulting for governmental, non-profit, financial institutions and various small business clients including control development, evaluation and other procedures.   Chris is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, Inc. – Member; American Institute of Certified Public Accountants – Member; Institute of Internal Auditors – Member; Government Finance Officers Association – Associate Member
